Longsheng Company has built three industrial parks in Zhejiang and Shanghai subsequently, Total of nearly 100,000.00 square meters of factory area. We have advanced producing technology and equipment of pipe and fittings from Battenfeld of Germany, more than 100 sets precision injection machine, dozens of production lines, switches and sockets life testing equipment, electrical & pipe product performance testing equipment, materials testing analyzer etc. Meanwhile, the company introduced and deployed the C3P product design / development / manufacturing and life cycle management system, ERP system. We have strong production capacity, which produces more than 50 million pieces switches & socket every year (The production capacity will be 200 million pieces every year after the new factory goes into operation.), 1 million pieces bathroom master & ventilation fan and 8000 ton pipe and fitting every year. And we also do OEM/ODM for domestic & overseas well-known brands besides meeting ourselves brand marketing.
Longsheng is one of certification enterprises passed ISO9001 & ISO14001 earlier in China, which has won the honor of Shanghai high-tech enterprises, science and technology enterprises in Zhejiang Province, Shanghai famous brand and Zhejiang famous trademark etc. And Longsheng Company owned many patents in product invention, practical new type and product appearance and so on, which is one of the drafting units of mandatory national standards (GB4706.23-2007) for indoor heater safety.
